Vancouver has big plans for Heights District

The city of Vancouver is currently in the planning phases for a transformational redevelopment of the Heights District. The re-imagined district, which is described as “a vibrant neighborhood center that is sustainable, healthy, equitable and accessible,” encompasses 205-acres and is sited between Vancouver Heights (to the north) and Harney Heights (to the south).
