105 Roosevelt units planned

SEATTLE — A corner development site was recently expanded with a sale. Now there's a new apartment plan at 6215 Roosevelt Way N.E. Three old structures would be removed to make way for a new seven-story, 105-unit project designed by Public47 Architects.

The new building will apparently take the name of the old 30-unit Roosevelt Manor, on the corner of Northeast 63rd Street. Jenkins Properties had long owned that, then paid $3.1 million last month for the commercial property to the south. The combined parcels total 15,240 square feet.
