KBA Inc. hired Gina M. Hortillosa as project manager in the firm's Bellevue office. Hortillosa brings over 25 years of experience as public works director, development engineering manager, designer, capital projects manager and team builder for roads, bridges, water/wastewater, and transportation projects primarily in Washington state. She is a licensed Professional Engineer and Project Management Professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Seattle University. As the former Development Engineering Manager of Alderwood Water and Wastewater District, city of Mill Creek Public Works Director, and long‐time Capital Projects Manager for the city of Kirkland, Hortillosa's experience complements KBA's established role as a premier CM provider of consulting engineering services on large‐scale infrastructure and transit projects throughout the Pacific Northwest.
