SHA opens fifth building at Yesler Terrace, adding 136 housing units to the community

Seattle Housing Authority has began leasing Hinoki, a six-story, 136-unit residential building at 110 10th Ave. S. Hinoki features two-story townhouse units and one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom flats for people with low incomes.
