Tsunami evacuation tower unveiled in Tokeland

The tower, pictured under construction, can hold up to 400 people in the case of a tsunami.

The Shoalwater Bay Indian Tribe and project partners have completed work on a new 50-foot-tall tsunami evacuation tower.
