World’s tallest timber-concrete building is certified

The tower has apartments on 19 floors and ground level retail.

Officials from the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat recently declared and certified the 25-story, 86.6-meter-tall, Ascent tower in Milwaukee the World’s Tallest Timber-Concrete Hybrid building.
