Krisandrah Crall-Smith has joined BCRA as an associate, returning to the architectural design field after taking a brief hiatus. Previously, she worked at TCF Architecture and was involved in the Rural Community Design Initiative at Washington State University while completing her Master of Architecture degree. She is based in the Tacoma office and will have the opportunity to support the multifamily and retail markets.

Marco Delgadillo has joined BCRA as an associate after recently completing his Master of Architecture at University of Idaho. He will be supporting the residential market and is also based in the Tacoma office.

Sung Kyu Lee joins from HNTB Co. and brings five years of education, public works, and aviation work experience to BCRA. He has designed large-scale projects including new constructions and renovations of education facilities, airport renovations and improvements, and transit work. He is based in the Tacoma office and will support multiple markets, including multifamily, education, and public works.

Chris Spadafore, LEED AP, has been promoted to associate principal. He brings sixteen years of industry, design, and leadership experience to his new role. Spadafore has been an integral part of the education market during his thirteen years at BCRA and co-leads the firm's internal Belonging and Inclusion taskforce. He is also a member of the National Organization for Minority Architects.

After 32 years of service, Julie Bell retired from BCRA. Bell was one of the firm's original employees and served in multiple roles, from receptionist and administrative professional to billing administrator.
