Artist selected for RapidRide project

Feddersen’s most recent public art work, “Schema,” can be seen on the side of the new citizenM hotel in Pioneer Square.

4Culture announced it has selected local artist Ryan! Feddersen to develop a series of small sculptures and retaining wall treatments for the new RapidRide I Line corridor, which will connect Renton, Kent and Auburn via bus rapid transit. The opportunity was called Small But Mighty and announced with the prompt: How might little artworks add BIG moments of surprise and joy to these otherwise utilitarian places?
