241-unit building breaks ground in Shoreline

A woonerf, a through-block connector and public space, runs adjacent to the south side of the building.

A new transit-oriented development in Shoreline, developed by Evergreen Point Group, has broken ground. The project is called The Line and is located at 132 N.E. 145th St. in a recently up-zoned area bordering the forthcoming light rail station under construction at 148th Street.
