Five Washington projects win Golden Nugget Awards

In June, PCBC announced the winners of its 2022 Golden Nugget Awards. Now in their 59th year, these awards “showcase the most exciting trends in design, planning and building.” Washington projects took the top prize in five of the over 50 award categories.

­- Orenda, at 3939 S. Othello St., was awarded Best Mixed-Use Project. This approximately 325,000 square-foot, seven-story complex, is part of the four-building Othello Square development. It has 176 units in a mix of MFTE and market rate. A recently opened branch of the Odessa Brown Children's Clinic occupies the building's bottom two floors.
