Mortenson to build Washington's first net-zero college building

Kaiser Borsari Hall will be built using mass timber.

Mortenson has been selected as the general contractor for Kaiser Borsari Hall, to be built on Western Washington University's campus in Bellingham. The 53,000-square-foot, four-story building will be the new home for Western's electrical engineering, computer science and energy science programs.
