ASCE names Rainier Square as top civil engineering project for 2022

Rainier Square is the first high-rise to be built with the SpeedCore structural system.

The American Society of Civil Engineers has selected Rainier Square as the sole recipient of its Outstanding Civil Engineering Achievement Award. This award recognizes the mixed-use tower as the best civil engineering project for 2022. Presented annually since 1960, the award honors the project that best illustrates superior civil engineering and represents a significant contribution to civil engineering progress and society.
