City planning youth-focused arts space at King Street Station

The city purchased King Street Station in 2008 and oversaw a $55M restoration of the property in 2013.

The Cultural Space Agency, the city of Seattle's cultural real estate development authority, recently announced its latest project called Station Space. It's a new arts space/incubator that will house cultural and artistic organizations that focus on youth development.
