The new TOD is steps away from commuter rail, light rail and bus rapid transit.

Cornus House, an eight-story 199-unit transit-oriented development at 2502 Pacific Ave. in Tacoma, has broken ground. Units at the affordable workforce housing development are described as “well-appointed small apartments.”
