PACE Engineers, Inc. announced nine promotions.

Nick Manusos has been promoted to survey technician V. Manusos joined PACE in 2006 and provides all aspects of field surveying, including topographic, boundary, ALTA, and construction staking. His work has taken him across Washington state, including Yakima, Asotin, Bothell, and Everett.

Stephanie Welch, PE, is now a project engineer. Welch has seven years of civil engineering experience and specializes in stormwater management design for WSDOT design-bid-build and design-build projects. Her recent experience includes providing drainage designs for WSDOT's SR 509 project, which is part of the Puget Sounds Gateway program.

Russ Dodge is now a survey technician V. Dodge has 20 years of land surveying experience. During that time, he has worked for various private and public agencies. His recent notable experience includes surveying the Clinton Trail in Island County.

Tyler Christofferson, PE, has been promoted to senior project manager. Christofferson is a civil engineer with over 16 years of experience. Since joining PACE in 2012, he has become one of PACE's lead engineers for street, site development, pedestrian improvement, and utility projects. Christofferson has been busy working on two major projects: Terrace Station in Mountlake Terrace, a project nominated for NAIOP's Night of the Stars awards, and the Covington Connector.

Brandon Northrop has been promoted to survey field technician I. Northrop joined PACE in March of 2022. He has worked on numerous projects with just a few months of experience, including the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife's Asotin Wildlife, Seattle Public School's Sacajawea Elementary School, and Everett School District's Jackson Elementary School projects.

Matt Pillsbury is now tech services manager. Pillsbury has been the industry for over 25 years. His experience includes drafting, design, and documentation and working on large-scale projects. Pillsbury manages PACE's drafting team and provides technical support, drafting, and modeling to the structural engineering team.

Wyatt Brown is now a survey technician IV. After joining PACE in 2019, he has become a vital part of the firm's Wenatchee surveying group.. He is active in the community, volunteering at a local high school's engineering class to teach and share the surveying profession. Brown's recent projects include the WDFW Asotin Wildlife Area, Panghorn Airport General Aviation Building, and on-call services for the City of Leavenworth.

Josh Kallstrom has been promoted to engineer I. Kallstrom joined PACE in 2020 after graduating from the Oregon Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Kallstrom is skilled in predicting stormwater behavior to prevent flooding and enhance water quality. He is working on several WSDOT projects, including I-90/SR 18 Interchange and Widening and SR 522 Tributary to Evans Creek.

Karen Schauss, LIST, has been promoted to project surveyor. Schauss joined PACE in 2020 with over 30 years of experience. She recently provided construction surveying for the Cle Elum Dam Fish Passage project for Garco Construction, Inc. She played a vital role in the project to ensure the precise measurement of construction materials, so the new dam operates correctly.
