Construction could start next year on Phase II of Everett's Waterfront Place

The Millwright District is set to include a mix of retail, housing and public gathering spaces.

The Port of Everett Commission recently approved an Option Agreement with developer LPC West for 10 acres of land at the city's west waterfront. The option agreement is for three development parcels, called the west, east and north parcels, which together comprise an area known as the Millwright District.
