Two-tower mixed-use project tops out in Bellevue

Residents at the south tower will enjoy distinctive curved balconies.

Last Friday, Fortress Development's large mixed-use project, Avenue Bellevue, officially topped out when crews from JTM Construction poured the roof slab at the development's south tower.
