Herrera has welcomed seven new employees located across Seattle, Portland, Missoula, and California: Stacy Luell, Joanna Ogintz, Arghya Kannadaguli, Ben Bagniewski, Scott Shumway, Jillian Sullivan, and Liza Holtz.

Luell is a senior engineer based out of Los Angeles, California. She has over ten years of experience in stormwater quality and hydrology data analysis, best management practices (BMP), siting, performance evaluations, and reporting; monitoring plan development; field sampling; and construction oversight.

Ogintz is a senior engineer based out of Herrera's Portland office. She has over twenty years of experience in stormwater design, green infrastructure, and hydrologic modeling of stormwater. Joanna comes to Herrera from Oldcastle Infrastructure where she worked as a regulatory manager.

Kannadaguli is a GIS Analyst based out of Herrera's Seattle office. She is a recent graduate of the University of Washington with a bachelor's degree in Geography Data Science with a minor in Informatics and Applied Math.

Bagniewski is a GIS Analyst based out of Herrera's Missoula office. He has a bachelor's degree in Geography/Geographic Information Systems from University of Minnesota, Duluth and has recently completed as master's degree in Environmental Conservation: Environmental Observation and Informatics.

Shumway is a part-time environmental scientist based out of Herrera's Seattle office. He has three years of experience in environmental science and field sampling, previously working for WISErg Corporation as a field service technician.

Sullivan is Herrera's new human resources director based out of the Seattle office. She has over 15 years of experience working with AEC and non-profit organizations to support business operations, drive strategic areas of focus, and support equity and social justice initiatives.

Holtz is an environmental designer based out of Herrera's Portland office. She has a bachelor's degree in Natural Systems from University of Puget Sound and is a recent graduate of University of Oregon with a master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
