Groundbreaking event for Hilltop housing

The development consists of two buildings that face each other across 11th Street.

In early December, Walsh Construction broke ground on a 231-unit affordable housing development in Tacoma's Hilltop neighborhood. The two-building project, called Housing Hilltop, is being developed by the Tacoma Housing Authority.
