Passive house project receives CORE designation

The apartments are split across two buildings connected by a series of “corridors.”

The recently named Madrone Apartments, a 107-unit passive house apartment project at 1419 24th Ave. in the Central District, recently received a Design Certified CORE 2021 designation.
