New health science complex is taking shape at SCC

The complex is set to be ready for occupancy this spring.

Exterior finishes are well underway at Shoreline Community College's new Health Sciences & Advanced Manufacturing Classroom Complex. The complex, which broke ground in fall 2021, is a three-story, 50,700-square-foot building that will replace five existing buildings at the college campus at 16101 Greenwood Ave. N.
