First condos at boutique Bellevue building hit the market

The project stands out for its curved shape.

It's been more than two years since developer GIS International Group broke ground on GIS Plaza, a new six-story mixed-use project at 999 110th Ave. N.E. in Bellevue. The project will house new offices for the developer in addition to 16 boutique luxury condominium homes.
