The first new homes at developer Evolution Projects Pass Life community in Snoqualmie Pass hit the market this week.
Dubbed “the mountain town of the future,” Pass Life, which is located at 171 Pass Life Way off State Route 906, is an adventure-orientated community consisting of 16 "modern mountain homes" across five buildings, a communal year-round heated pool, shared BBQ area and firepit, and community room.
The first four homes were recently completed. Two are currently available and could be yours for a little over $1.1 million. The available homes are two stories and 1,296 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus bonus space.
They feature an open concept kitchen and dining and living space on the second level, with a bedroom on each level. A vaulted shed roof ceiling and wall-to-ceiling windows offer spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and Guye Peak.
Interiors are modern and sleek with lots of whites, wood, and steel. Each home also has a view deck, gas fireplace, two storage spaces, and comes with two parking spots (one covered and one uncovered).
The community also features heated sidewalks. Windermere Real Estate is the broker.
Construction began on Pass Life in summer 2021. The community room and pool are also completed. Six additional homes are set to be finished by the spring. Evolution Projects is planning to finish and list the remaining six homes this summer.
Citizen Design is the architect for Pass Life. Build House is the pre-fab builder and Evolution Projects is the general contractor.
The community is described as “enabling the mountain lifestyle.” Residents are within walking distance to Summit at Snoqualmie ski slopes. A restaurant, brewery, market and cafe, and co-working space are also within walking distance. The workspace and market are located within a historic firehouse, built in the 1900s, which Evolution Projects restored and reopened at the end of 2021.
An open house is being held at the new mountain homes this weekend, on both Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Closer to home, Evolution Projects has big plans in Fremont where it is currently developing its Campus Seattle project. At proposed full build-out Campus Seattle will deliver more than 230,000 square feet of new office, retail and recreation space to the neighborhood. Ground was broken last November at 3524 Stone Way N. on a new five-story office building which will form part of the campus.
