47-story mixed-income tower gets go-ahead in Vancouver, B.C.

Barclay Tower is aiming to be a new “beacon in Vancouver’s skyline.”

At its meeting on Jan. 17, the Vancouver City Council unanimously gave approval for Barclay Tower, a new 47-story residential building set to rise at 1063-109 Barclay St. in the city's West End.
