Weber Thompson

Farrell

Doran

Evenson

Weber Thompson has promoted three staff members to new leadership positions in the firm. Emily Evenson AIA, CPHD and Erik Doran AIA, LEED AP BD+C have been promoted to senior associate. Stephanie Farrell AIA has been promoted to associate.

Senior associate Emily Evenson's passion is the intersection of affordable housing and sustainability. Working on projects such as New Hope Family Housing in Seattle's Central District, and a current mixed-income high rise tower has given Evenson hands on opportunities to bring sustainable strategies and thoughtful design to affordable housing projects. She further invests in her passions through her work on WT's Sustainability Core Team, and her years of volunteering with the Housing Development Consortium through the Exemplary Buildings Task Force and the Policy Advisory Group.

Senior associate Erik Doran has been with Weber Thompson for nine years focusing on construction administration on the high-rise team, most recently on Madison & Boylston an affordable housing high rise on First Hill developed in partnership with Bellwether Housing and Plymouth Housing. He is also an active member on the Seattle Architecture Foundation's Board, exploring the history of buildings in Seattle, and how new buildings are re-shaping the environment. He especially likes working with SAF's youth program, that immerses kids in the design world and helps them turn their ideas into physical models and sketches.

Associate Stephanie Farrell finds her work in affordable housing the most rewarding. She has been focused on the Pacific Hospital North Lot project, which recently broke ground. As a Graduate of UW, she is the incoming Chair of the UW's College for Built Environment's Professionals Advisory Council, and enjoys the interaction between Seattle's professional architecture community, and the students.
