Mariners tee up home opener today with new events and pre-game space

Victory Hall is part of The Boxyard complex, which includes several dining options and will soon be home to a baseball training facility

Ahead of tonight's opening day game, the Seattle Mariners will debut a new indoor/outdoor events space across the street from T-Mobile Park at 1201 First Ave. S. The 9,500-square-foot venue, called Victory Hall, was announced in February and is located inside a historic warehouse that the team is developing into an entertainment and dining destination called The Boxyard. The warehouse was last occupied by Pyramid Brewery, which vacated in spring 2020.
