67 units under construction in Fremont

The project has a communal rooftop and a shared street level courtyard space.

Work is underway on a new 67-unit apartment building at 3620 Phinney Ave. N. The project, called Phinney Mill, is developed by Kamiak Real Estate and will have 49 small efficiency dwelling units (all under 300 square feet), and 18 larger apartments.
