Sustainable community on Bainbridge Island wins global design award

Each home is 272 square feet.

The ReHOME Project at Morales Farm, a novel three-home community built entirely from recycled and cast-off construction materials and appliances, was recently awarded the Gold Medal in the “Rebirth Project” category at the MUSE Design Awards. The project was also honored with awards in Low-Cost Housing and Sustainable Design.
