City says new Elliott Way to open in about 2 weeks

Elliott Way, which will give vehicles, bikes and pedestrians another link between the waterfront and Belltown, is expected to open in about two weeks. In the meantime, the city of Seattle's Office of the Waterfront and Civic Projects and Friends of Waterfront Seattle on Monday will hold an “opening preview ceremony” for Elliott Way and the new alignment of Alaskan Way that runs along the waterfront.
