Net-zero energy building now open at Capitol Campus

The center has six classrooms.

The first net-zero energy building to be built at the Capitol Campus in Olympia opened at 106 Maple Park Ave. S.E. on Jan. 30. The single-story, 9,600-square-foot building was custom built to house the new Capitol Child Care Center, which is operated by KinderCare.
