$400M modernization underway at Sea-Tac's north main terminal

The modernized terminal is expected to be fully operational by 2026.

Construction is underway on a $400 million modernization project at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport's north main terminal. The work, called the SEA Gateway Project, is intended to accommodate increased passenger demand and elevate traveler experience.
