Mutual Life Building co-living proposal wins city design competition

The winning proposal explores the conversion of the historic Mutual Life Building at 605 First Ave. into co-living space.

On Tuesday, Mayor Bruce Harrell and the Office of Planning and Community Development announced the winners of the city's Office-to-Residential Conversion Visions for Seattle Downtown design competition. The competition invited design teams and building owners to submit proposals that explore converting existing office space into new residential and commercial uses.
