Africatown Plaza’s undulating façade takes shape in Central District

Africatown Plaza is slated to open this fall.

Construction began last February on Community Roots Housing and Africatown Community Land Trust's Africatown Plaza affordable housing development at 1100 23rd Ave. When complete, the new mixed-used building will bring 126 affordable homes to the Central District.
