PACE announced the following leadership transitions.
After a 40-year career in civil engineering, Scott Sherrow, PE, retired as the firm's land development service line manager, effective May 31. Sherrow has been a civil engineer with the company since 2014. Following Sherrow's retirement, Rosanna Brown, PE, assumed the land development manager position. Brown has been a civil engineer for 17 years and is a principal engineer in PACE's Kirkland office. She will continue leading the growth of the land development group in many markets, including commercial, industrial, residential, mixed-use, and multifamily developments.
Sherrow earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Washington State University. He holds licenses in Washington and Idaho. He has been an instrumental member of PACE for over nine years, contributing significantly to the growth and success of the company.
Brown has demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical expertise during her six years at PACE. She will lead the land development groups in the firm's Kirkland, Everett, Wenatchee, and Lake Oswego offices. Brown has experience in various areas, including commercial, mixed-use developments, senior care facilities, and industrial projects. Significant projects include several Aegis Living care facilities, the Traverse apartment complex in North Bend, and the Zinnia Apartments in Shoreline.
PACE also announced that Tyler Christofferson, PE, was promoted within the land development group and is now a principal engineer assisting in leading the land development group. With 17 years of experience in the engineering industry, Christofferson uses his technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to manage many successful land development and roadway projects. Recent project experience includes Terrace Station in Mountlake Terrace, Covington Connector in Covington, and The Villas at Beardslee in Bothell.
