Olson Kundig awarded for conversion of 1960s LA office building to luxury residences

8899 Beverly Boulevard converts a mid-century office building into a luxury 48-unit residential complex.

Seattle architecture firm Olson Kundig was recently honored at the 2023 AIA Los Angeles Residential Architecture Honor Awards. The firm was recognized in the Adaptive Reuse/Renovation/Historic Preservation category for its project 8899 Beverly Boulevard.
