SLU high-rise wins 2023 Multifamily Executive Award

The LEED Gold building was honored for its contemporary aesthetic.

The Waverly, a 374-unit mixed-use apartment tower at 210 Eighth Ave. in South Lake Union, has been honored with a merit award in the High-Rise Category of the 2023 Multifamily Executive Awards.
