Modular infill project underway in Spokane

The project will be built using modules manufactured by NRB Modular Solutions in Canada.

A 10-unit, three-story modular infill project is underway at 2814 E. 31 St. in Spokane's Lincoln Heights neighborhood. The townhome-style units are being developed by Snoqualmie-based workforce housing developer Oldivai Capital, which is using Canadian firm NRB Modular Solutions modular system for the project.
