PACE welcomed several new employees during Q3.

Ryan Sheean joined the engineering firm as a senior project manager. He brings over 11 years of engineering experience. His expertise is in water resources and civil engineering. At PACE, Sheean will be responsible for delivering successful projects for the Water Resources team.

James Schouten III joined the PACE team as an engineer. Schouten III's background is in land development. This will be his first time joining a municipal team in Washington State. He brings an intense curiosity to learn more about practices in municipal engineering and effortless communication.

Tracy Hill joined PACE as a project accountant. She brings five years of experience. Hill has knowledge of Deltek Vision, experience with the engineering and architecture environment, and skills in accounting, contract management, and project planning. At PACE, she will be responsible for project billing and ensuring contracts and budgets are accurately entered into the firm's system.

Jared Foulk has joined PACE as an engineer. He has two years of experience. Foulk is a creative, critical thinker, organized, enjoys learning, and is skilled in problem-solving. At PACE, he will be responsible for stormwater design, reviews, and assisting the Land Development team.

Chip Dodd joined the team as a survey field technician. Dodd is new to the industry as he was a former community college geography instructor for 27 years. He will be responsible for topographical surveys, ALTA surveys, condominium surveys, horizontal and vertical control surveys, construction staking, boundary, and GPS Control surveys.

Also joining the PACE team are Jorge Garcia, survey field technician; Cole Smith, engineer; Alex Mathis, survey field technician; Eric Harmon, senior survey field technician; Marbella Coleman, engineering intern; Yekaterina Ionova, engineering intern; Jacob Keller, engineering intern.
