Fremont's regenerative office building earns rare distinctions

Watershed is the third building in Seattle to fulfill the city’s Living Building Pilot Program.

Watershed, a deep-green regenerative office building in Fremont, has officially earned Living Building Challenge (LBC) Petal Certification from the International Living Future Institute (ILFI). This program is one of the world's most rigorous certification standards for highly sustainable projects.
