Public47 designs ‘timeless' mass timber office building for investment firm's new Mercer Island headquarters

The new building is located on a 6,500-square-foot corner site with 25 feet of grade change.

Early last year, private investment firm East Seattle Partners moved into its new headquarters at 2856 80th Ave. S.E. on Mercer Island.
