Google unveils $280M renovation plan for Chicago's iconic Thompson Center

The building’s existing glass facade will be replaced with new triple-plane glass.

Google recently shared plans, and unveiled some new design renderings, for its forthcoming renovation and repositioning of the James R. Thompson Center building in Chicago, which it is set to occupy as new office space.
