Ground broken on new community resource center in Skyway

    The center will be home to more than a dozen nonprofit, public and community-based organizations.

    Ground was broken Jan. 18 on a new community resource center in Skyway. The milestone came after years of planning for the project, called the Skyway Resource Center, which will transform a former U.S. Bank branch into a centralized hub for community services and local nonprofits, bringing much needed resources and new public space for the residents of Skyway.
