Renton envisions public market, food hall for old events center

This early design rendering shows the pavilion reimagined as a year-round public market.

The city of Renton is proposing to redevelop a 14,770-square-foot pavilion in the city center into a bustling year-round food hall and public marketplace. The structure is at 233 Burnett Ave. S. and is currently home to Renton Pavilion Event Center, which hosts a mix of public and private events.
