HUD selects Gensler to study office-to-residential conversions

Gensler’s Philadelphia office in 2019 converted a 1970s office tower into a glimmering residential apartment building.

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has selected multi-disciplinary design firm Gensler for a grant opportunity to study office-to-residential conversions.
