Details emerge about proposed St. Nicholas School conversion

The St. Nicholas School was landmarked in 1981. The current owner is considering converting the property to affordable housing.

The DJC reported in February that Saint Mark's Episcopal Cathedral is currently exploring the potential conversion of the landmarked St. Nicholas School building, at 1501 10th Ave. E. on Capitol Hill, to affordable multi-generational housing.
