29-unit U District project nearing MUP

The site is a short walk south to the University of Washington campus.

Plans emerged two years ago for an Eastside investor to redevelop a pair of old rooming houses at 4715 21st Ave. N.E., in the Greek Row area of the University District. A likely final administrative design review is scheduled this week for the four-story, 29-unit project.
