Testing of tall mass timber tower concludes

Testing was conducted on one of the world’s largest outdoor shake tables at the University of California San Diego.

Testing concluded March 1 on a project designed to test and validate design solutions that integrate and maximize functional recovery and sustainable building options in tall mass timber buildings in the event of an earthquake.
