MUP arrives for 158 Georgetown units

This is the first of three workforce housing projects Watershed is planning along Fourth Avenue South.

The Georgetown Community Development Authority recently changed its name to Watershed Community Development. Working with TWG Development for the past three-odd years, Watershed has been planning a workforce housing project on the half block at 402. S Lucile St.
