New Aegis community takes inspiration from nearby UW

Aegis Living Laurelhurst combines collegiate gothic and Tudor-revival architecture.

The DJC reported in February that Aegis Development had received the temporary certificate of occupancy for Aegis Living Laurelhurst, a new 136-unit senior living and memory care building at 3200 N.E. 45th St. That community has now officially opened.
