Smart Communities deadline extended

OLYMPIA — The Department of Commerce announced Monday it is extending the nomination deadline for the Governor's 2024 Smart Communities Awards to June 15.

The annual awards recognize outstanding work by local governments and partners on long-term community planning and development.
